133 Haikus Later...
Hey there you crazy cats and chicks,
We just want to say thanks to everyone who has submitted haikus over the summer. We know it's down time for a lot of people and we appreciate the time and effort you put into your haikus and pictures and edits. It's keen and it keeps the site going... it is also neato cool and groovy.
We also want to say a special thanks to professional photographer and haikuer Troy Freund for getting involved with the project. Check out his professional work here and his haikus here.
We've made it to 133 haikus and the site has been up since April, which I totally dig. If we can make it to 150 by the end of July, I will be the happiest webmaster that ever clicked a "publish" button. Hopefully we'll come out with a couple of new updates for site format in the near future. A few people have asked for a search function so they can look for updates from their favorite haikuers, so we'll get on that and see what we can do.
And just one more thing: another giant thanks and a virtual hug to everyone for their submissions. You guys are the coolest. Fo' Real.
